At Smiley Willow Designs, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Free from damage or signs of wear and tear.

• A non-customized item (custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective).

To initiate a return, please contact us at smileywillowdesigns@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Custom or personalized products

• Sale or clearance items

• Digital downloads

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom orders that have already begun production.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
